Delivery conditions

Delivery is made in the territory of Croatia and in all countries of the European Union.

Free delivery

Delivery for all orders  over 500 Euros converted into HRK according to the valid Croatian National Bank exchange rate at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs to other EU countries is 20 Euros converted into HRK according to the valid Croatian National Bank exchange rate at the time of the order confirmation.

Delivery process and time

Delivery is performed by the contractual partner DPD (DPD Croatia d.o.o.)


The usual delivery time for the territory of Croatia is within 48 hours for orders made on weekdays. For orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 am and on weekends and holidays, delivery time is 48 hours from the start of the first next business day. The stated delivery time is calculated from the moment when the payment is received, unless you choose to pay the payment. In the case of delivery to the islands (Croatia), due to logistical restrictions, delivery is made within 3 to 7 days, depending on the location.


Delivery time for EU countries is 48 hours.

If you would like to arrange a special delivery date, please indicate this when ordering in the ‘Note’ box so that we can convey your wish to the delivery service. Further options will be directly agreed with you by our contract partner.

All products will be protected and packed in quality transport packaging in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal transport manipulation.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment number and tracking instructions so you can check where your package is currently located.

The buyer is obliged to check for any defects when picking up the product and immediately advertise them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to take over the consignment showing any external damage. The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note or invoice when picking up the goods, and the delivery service takes them as a receipt of the goods. The Buyer’s signature on the acknowledgment of receipt of the shipment means that the product was taken over without visible external damage.

In case we are not able to deliver the purchased product within the specified time, we will inform you and arrange a new delivery time. In this case, the Buyer is also entitled to terminate the Agreement and refund.
