Resolving complaints and disputes

Bali d.o.o. will try to resolve any ambiguity or complaint as soon as possible, while respecting the Consumer Protection Act and making every effort to reach an agreement.

Complaints are received by the administrative department and are dealt with by the legal department.

There are several ways of contacting the users:

  • by writing to Bali d.o.o., Trg Republike 3, 40328 DONJA DUBRAVA (with the notice ADVERTISING)
  • by e-mail info@kozob2b.eu

The resolution process is confidential. If the agreement will not be possible, the court has jurisdiction.

The mentioned arrangement is based on the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer dispute resolution on the internet relating to consumer disputes 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.

Complaints regarding the quality or performance of the offer itself are resolved between the buyer and Bali d.o.o.
